CEP Junior High Droneology Program funded by the Utah STEM Action Center – very excited Valley Jr. students built two PCS Edventures drones and take them for a maiden flight.

“Swamped” – Whittier Elementary afterschool program fun musical about all the animals in the Okefenokee Swamp.
Hunter Jr., Kennedy Jr., Valley Jr. and West Lake Jr. are participating in a PCS Edventures partnership project to build and fly large drones. Students are building two drones in each program, studying the principles of flight, and learning flight simulation with drone controllers. Students are becoming competent and certified as student drone pilots. The programs will continue this summer and expand into next year.


West Lake Jr. High is using their Dry Creek Charity Mini Grant for a Native American Culture and Crafts Class taught by Mario Platero. These excited students are making cedar wood flutes and learning to play Native American music.
